- 1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough
- egg white
- kosher salt
Anleitung
1. Thaw bread dough.
2. Preheat oven to 350°.
3. Pinch
4. off pieces the size of a golf ball and roll into ropes about 5 inches long. Shape into letters. Let rise for 20 minutes.
5. Brush with egg white and kosher salt.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
