Sausage Dressing

Zutaten
- 1 pkg. seasoned cubed mix
- 1 pkg. corn bread (seasoned) mix or use all corn bread
- 5 or 6 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. Owens sausage
- 1 c. broken pecans
- 1/2 c. raisins
- turkey or chicken broth

Anleitung
1. Brown sausage; drain.
2. Saute onions and celery until tender. Add to dressing mix in large bowl.
3. Pour enough hot broth over dressing to moisten.
4. You may want to add a little extra poultry seasoning.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add raisins and nuts to stuffing.
7. Stuff bird cavity lightly.
