Pineapple-Pear Mold
Zutaten
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
- 2 medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- 6 packets Equal

Anleitung
1. In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
2. Stir in undrained, crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice.
3. Chill until partially set.
4. Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
5. Chill until firm.
6. Unmold onto a plate.
7. Makes 8 servings.
