New Year'S Casserole

Zutaten
- 2 large (32 oz.) cans sauerkraut
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 medium onions
- 1 large can tomato paste (8 oz.)
- 1 small (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 pkg. thin sliced pork chops (6)
- 1 pkg. wieners
- 10 to 15 pieces kolbassi, cut each 4 to 6-inches long
Anleitung
1. Mix all ingredients (except meat) in a large roaster or baking pan.
2. Place pork chops in mixture and cover them over completely. Add rest of meat, placing mixture over it and add 1 cup of water. Bake at 350° for several hours (checking to be sure you baste mixture over meat.)
