Crock-Pot Dove

Zutaten
- 12 doves
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
Anleitung
1. Rub doves with salt and pepper.
2. Brown in skillet with oil. Saute onion and celery with Worcestershire sauce for 3 minutes. Place doves in crock-pot.
3. Pour sauce over.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Cover and cook 10 hours on low heat.
