Creamy Pineapple Salad

Zutaten
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange gelatin
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (3 oz.) can pimento, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Anleitung
1. Measure juice drained from pineapple.
2. Add water to make 2 cups.
3. Heat liquid to boiling and dissolve gelatin in it.
4. Add other ingredients and stir well.
5. Spoon into a 10-cup mold or pan and chill in refrigerator.
6. Serves 10 or 12.
