Zutaten
- 1 stick margarine
- 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 10 oz. coconut
Anleitung
1. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
2. Spread 1/2 of the coconut on bottom.
3. In double boiler, melt margarine.
4. Add chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
5. Let cool, then add marshmallows and stir.
6. Spread over coconut; sprinkle the rest of coconut over the top.
7. Put in the refrigerator for several hours, then cut into squares.
