Zutaten
- 2 pkg (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg (4 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup minced sweet pepper
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 to 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Anleitung
1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.
2. Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives:
3. mix well. Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla.
4. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
6. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
7. Yield 15 - 20 servings.
