Cheese Patties With Pecans
Zutaten
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pecans
Anleitung
1. Grate cheese and mix with softened butter.
2. Add flour and salt; work mixture with hands until it firms up.
3. Shape into long roll; wrap in waxed paper.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Cut as for icebox cookies.
6. Put pecan pieces on top.
7. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
