Tropical Turkey Salad

- 6 oz. turkey, cooked and diced
- 1 c. diet pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 c. carrot, shredded
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix remaining ingredients to use as a dressing for the turkey.
3. Toss gently. Serves 2.
