- 1 cup beef broth
- ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup cognac
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 8 sprigs thyme

1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to 190°F for 10 minutes.
3. Strain, cool and place into a gallon size zip-top bag. Keep refrigerated for up to 1½ weeks.
