Rum Balls

- 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, crushed to a fine powder
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- powdered sugar (for rolling and to coat hands during the process)

1. Mix rum and corn syrup, then combine with vanilla wafer crumbs,
2. sugar, pecans and cocoa.
3. Roll into balls the size of a walnut
4. and
5. roll
6. each
7. ball into powdered sugar to remove stickiness.
8. Refrigerate on waxed paper or foil.
