Quick Cheese Sauce In The Microwave

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese

1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 2-cup glass measuring cup (about 30 seconds).
2. Whisk in 1 tablespoon flour and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Gradually add 1 tablespoon white wine and 1 cup milk. Whisk until smooth.
4. Cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until sauce thickens.
5. Stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheese until melts.
