Marinated Pea Salad

- 2 cans LeSueur English peas
- 1 can LeSueur Shoe Peg corn
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 1 small green pepper, chopped small
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
التعليمات
1. Drain peas, pimentos and corn in colander.
2. Mix vinegar, sugar and oil together thoroughly.
3. Stir into vegetable mixture. Marinate overnight.
4. Great side dish.
