London Broil Marinade
المكونات
- 2 to 3 lb. top round steak (1 to 1 1/2-inches thick) or cut of your choice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano

1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Score meat on both sides. Pour marinade over meat.
2. Marinate overnight. Broil steak 4 to 5 minutes per pound on each side. Slice thin and serve.
