Lemon Jello Vegetable Salad

- 1 box lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. grated cabbage
- 1/2 c. small chopped celery
- 1/4 c. grated carrot
- 1/8 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
التعليمات
1. Mix box of jello with the cup of boiling water.
2. Mix until dissolved.
3. Add cold water.
4. Let jell slightly, then add all other ingredients.
5. Mix and jell in a flat, 1 1/2-quart dish.
6. Cut into squares to serve on a lettuce leaf.
