Name: Hominy Casserole
Ingredients: 1 can white hominy; 1 can Mexicorn; 1/4 bell pepper, chopped; 1 small jar Cheez Whiz; 1 can yellow hominy; 1/4 large onion, chopped; 1 Tbsp. butter

1 can white hominy
1 can Mexicorn
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 can yellow hominy
1/4 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter

التعليمات

1. Drain corn and hominy thoroughly.

2. Place in casserole dish with onion and pepper.

3. Melt butter and Cheez Whiz in a saucepan and pour over hominy and corn mixture.

4. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
