German Potato Salad(Kantoffie Salad)

المكونات
- 15 small potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb. bacon pieces, fried crisp
التعليمات
1. Peel potatoes and slice.
2. Simmer onion in bacon drippings and add flour, vinegar, sugar, water and seasoning.
3. Mix well all ingredients together and serve warm.
