Cucumber Salad(Agurkesalat)

المكونات
- 1 to 2 cucumbers
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of pepper
التعليمات
1. Wash and slice the cucumber finely.
2. Sprinkle with salt.
3. Place in a marinade previously prepared by boiling the vinegar, water, sugar and pepper together and allowing to cool.
4. Leave in a cold place for about two hours before serving.
